Detailed Review

Make (formerly Integromat) is a workflow automation tool that enables marketers to connect different applications and automate processes without coding. Unlike rigid automation tools, Make uses a visual, drag-and-drop interface where users can create multi-step workflows, integrate various APIs, and customize logic through advanced filters and conditional paths.

For marketers, Make is invaluable for automating lead capture, CRM updates, social media posting, email marketing sequences, and content distribution. Unlike Zapier, Make allows more complex workflows with multiple branches, error handling, and data manipulation directly within the automation.

The platform offers deep integrations with major marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Facebook Ads, and more. The learning curve is steeper than Zapier, but the payoff is greater flexibility and control.

Our Take

Make was the one that made us have that “aha moment” where we managed to get news from an RSS feed into a Google Sheet and then send to an OpenAI instance that re-wrote the article into another language and in the tone of voice that we wanted to and then post it to a WordPress powered blog.

That night we barely slept thinking about the different possibilities: We could automate posts in social media. Or do sentiment analysis. Or create a stats dashboard. Or have our banners creatives being replaced automatically at a set time without the need of a banner tool. Or… your imagination is the only limit but

The visual interface is simple yet allows for a lot of depth and we can’t recommend it enough as a beginner tool.
